Items are available for viewing the week before the auction (central time):

All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
Payment Dates
Payment and pick up is due within 7 calendar days of the auction (Central time):

Any items not picked up within 7 days will be relisted and subject to a 30% liquidated damages fee.
Removal Times / Failure to Remove
All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 days from the auction date. All the regularly scheduled online auction items are located here at our warehouse at: 500 Sheridan St, Crown Point IN 46307. Any items not paid for AND picked up will be relisted regardless of payment made. Any items relisted are subject to a 30% liquidated damages fee!
If for any reason the buyer fails to remove any purchases within the time specified, the Auction Co. shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at the buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Auction Co. or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.) If the purchases have not been removed within the 7 day time period, these items will be considered abandoned and the Auction Co. reserves the right to relist/resell any and all those items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is paid in full but not removed completely from auction location within 7 days of auction.

Buyer's Premium Text
15% BUYERS PREMIUM will be added to the price of all purchases. If buyer pays with cash or cashier’s check then we waive 2% of the buyers premium, which makes it 13%.
I.E: If you purchase an item for $100, the actual item cost will be $115 if paid by credit card. If paid by cash or cashier’s check the total will be $113 with the 2% discount.
